About the role

Responsible for painting residential and commercial properties. Duties include preparation of surfaces, application of paint, cleanup, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting
• Apply paint according to specifications
• Clean up work area
• Adhere to all safety protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
• Knowledge of safety procedures

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience
• Experience with spray painting tools
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding construction plans

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
