Hourly wage: $17.80

Schedule

• Regular full-time position
• 1st/2nd shift
• Must be available weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to property walls, ceilings, and furniture using brushes, spray guns, or rollers
• Apply primers or sealers to prepare new surfaces for finish coats
• Remove old finishes by stripping, sanding, wire brushing, burning, or using water and/or abrasive blasting
• Cover surfaces with appropriate material for protection during painting and post appropriate paint signs
• Clean up and store paint and painting tools and equipment in appropriate areas
• Coordinate with vendor to modify colors of paint, stain, or varnish
• Follow all company and safety policies; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation
• Communicate clearly and professionally; support team goals and ensure adherence to quality expectations
• Perform physical tasks including reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, stooping, climbing ladders, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight up to 50 pounds
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
• Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
