Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of interior painting experience, preferably within multifamily housing.
• Proficiency in surface preparation techniques including caulking, patching, sanding, and priming.
• Strong experience with both manual paint application (rollers and brushes) and spray equipment.
• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Multifamily experience strongly preferred; must demonstrate ability to balance speed and efficiency with quality standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move painting materials and equipment.
