About the role
Responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and structural integrity of apartment communities through painting and other maintenance tasks. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Maintain exterior and interior surfaces of buildings and grounds
- Apply paint and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Repair and maintain building structures as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Skills
Proficiency in using painting equipment and tools. Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations. Ability to read and understand blueprints and architectural drawings.

Pay
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
