About the role
Responsibilities
- Repair drywall, including patching, skim coating, sanding, and texture matching.
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and other surfaces with a professional finish.
- Complete apartment turnovers and maintain common areas.
- Protect resident belongings and maintain a clean, safe work area.
- Travel between Azura communities using a company-provided vehicle.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of professional painting and drywall repair experience who can complete projects with minimal supervision.
