Painter - 2nd shift

About the role

CTL Aerospace is a full-service NADCAP certified composite-manufacturing company based in northern Cincinnati, Ohio, providing services to major aerospace and governmental organizations since 1946. We specialize in the manufacturing of Fiber Reinforced Polymer Structures and are currently seeking talented professionals to join our team as a Painter.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand manufacturing plans.
• Obtain appropriate materials per plan and maintain documentation throughout the process.
• Use pneumatic tools such as hand grinder, DA sander & HVLP spray gun.
• Show knowledge of Paint Mixing, Paint Spray Gun Usage, Troubleshooting & Care, Paint Surface Preparation, and Paint Booth Operation.
• Maintain ability to mask off parts using Painters tape.

Job Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• American Citizen or Green Card Holder
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
• Stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to Spray Paint using a HVLP Gun
• Must be able to cross train and work overtime as business needs require
