About the Role
AriensCo is seeking a motivated and experienced 2nd shift painter to join our dynamic team. This role involves painting outdoor power equipment and contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
- Safe operation of machines and tools
- Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
- Work as part of a team to paint outdoor power equipment in accordance with specifications
- Handle raw materials and/or parts, placing them in designated locations
- Operate equipment needed to perform the job
- Strict adherence to standard work procedures
- Assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals
- Complete operator preventative maintenance on equipment
- Problem-solve effectively and communicate clearly
Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day
- Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
- Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
- Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Desire for personal development and growth
- Must complete a respirator questionnaire
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Pay
Starts at $20/hour + $4 shift premium + $4,000 sign-on bonus.
Schedule
Monday - Thursday (4 days × 10 hours); 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM.
