Painter - 1st Shift

AriensCo is seeking a motivated and experienced Painter at Plant 3. Join our dynamic team where you'll work in a rewarding workplace with a strong sense of community.

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Painter to join our team at Plant 3. This role offers a starting pay of $20/hour plus a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of machines and tools
• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Work as part of a team with responsibility for painting outdoor power equipment
• Paint parts in accordance to the specifications
• Handle raw materials and/or parts and place them in designated locations
• Operate equipment needed to perform the job
• Strict adherence to standard work
• Absorb and assist team members in other areas to meet daily production goals
• Complete operator preventative maintenance on equipment
• Able to problem solve effectively
• Able to communicate

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day
• Able to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Work as part of a team
• Desire for personal development and growth
• Complete respirator questionnaire
