About the role
Responsible for painting and finishing various industrial equipment and structures in accordance with industry standards and client specifications.
Responsibilities
- Apply paint and other finishes to metal, wood, and composite materials using spray guns and brushes.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and cleaning as necessary.
- Follow project timelines and meet deadlines.
- Perform maintenance on painting equipment and tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in painting and finishing.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using spray guns and painting equipment.
- Knowledge of different types of paints and their applications.
- Good physical condition to perform manual labor.
