Paint Technician

Hiring immediately – training provided.

Schedule

• First Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Second Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Third Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Inspect wheels for cosmetic defects
• Paint wheels to OEM original finish (color) using powder or liquid-based paint
• Load and unload ovens
• Mix and refill paint using specified formulas
• Perform remanufacturing tasks to ensure wheels meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean, dust-free work area to eliminate wheel contamination

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent practical experience
• Comfortable handling heat and wearing protective clothing during oven loading and offloading
• Strong commitment to quality and safety
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods while standing
• Physical capability to access all areas of the facility, including walking and standing for extended periods
• Multi-tasking ability while maintaining accuracy
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience painting in an industrial environment or autobody shop (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment
• Professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and a commitment to working in a safe environment

Physical Requirements

• Stand or walk for up to 8–10 hours
• High level of attention to detail for inspecting part quality
• Lift and move totes weighing up to 50 pounds
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching (below the waist and above the head)
• Work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperature variation
• Access all areas of the building without limitations
