What Would You Do As a Paint Technician

- Ensuring tasks are completed within established timeframes and budgets
- Maintaining equipment and work areas
- Accurately documenting work
- Adhering to safety guidelines related to paint handling
- Assisting with various shop projects
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Industry-specific certifications (highly recommended)
- Practical experience ranging from 1 to 2 years in a relevant field
- Exceptional teamwork and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Adaptability to adjust techniques based on varying machines or projects
- Comprehensive understanding of mechanical and electrical systems utilized in the machine tool industry or factory automation
