About the role
Support Paint Shop training initiatives as a key member of the digitalization team, contributing to the growth of the paint shop and plant training process.
Responsibilities
- Develop tools used for reporting and planning (Excel, Apex, Power BI, or others).
- Create and potentially teach a custom training course.
- Plan projects related to technical training equipment and processes.
- Learn and apply new technologies such as Augmented Reality and new software.
- Report on technical trainings.
- Further develop reporting tools (Oracle, SharePoint).
- Maintain reporting systems.
- Plan future training courses.
- Perform gap analysis of qualifications.
- Analyze training data.
- Forecast training needs.
- Assist the Training Coordination Team (TCT) with new class development, planning, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university in the United States with a major in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from their current university.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours per week).
- Must pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
