Join our dynamic team as a Paint Sales Associate. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who can help drive sales and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and product knowledge
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of retail experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic computer skills including internet navigation
