Paint Sales Associate

About the role

Responsible for painting residential and commercial properties in accordance with Johnson Paint standards. Conduct home visits, prepare surfaces, apply paint, and ensure quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to discuss project details and obtain signatures on contracts.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and priming walls and ceilings.
• Apply paint using various techniques such as roller, brush, and spray gun.
• Ensure adherence to Johnson Paint guidelines and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of painting techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related experience in home improvement or construction.
• Experience working with residential and commercial clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Schedule
