About the Role

CertaPro Painters® is seeking experienced painting crews for immediate work painting homes and commercial buildings in and around Charlotte, Salisbury, and surrounding areas. We are looking for detail-oriented painters with a passion for the craft.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of interior and exterior painting projects
• Deliver an extraordinary experience to customers and painting staff
• Lead a crew of painters and represent the CertaPro Painters® brand with pride on the job site
• Complete projects according to work orders in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of five years of painting experience verifiable through references

Skills

• Experience in a leadership role in a painting or other service company
• Familiarity with painting tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to independently solve problems
• Strong customer service orientation
