Paint Associate

About the role

1st shift, Monday - Friday, with mandatory overtime as needed. Starting rate: $18/hr.

Responsibilities

• Use brush to paint small buttons utilized to seal surrounds to doors.
• Maintain consistent color throughout the entire product (even color, not too dark in one area and too light in another).
• Ensure quality of stain.
• Clean and maintain all staining apparatus.

Requirements

• Previous painting experience in a production environment.
• Excellent hand and eye coordination.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead, or co-worker.
