Pain Pump
Description
Our pain pumps are disposable infusers filled with local anesthetic for constant infusion into the surgical site via a small surgically-placed catheter. They provide non-narcotic, regional analgesia post-op pain management for 1-3+ days following surgery. The market is largely untapped with significant sales growth expected from accounts purchasing from the competition, utilizing systemic anesthesia, and those sending patients home shortly after surgery.

Market Opportunity
The market is currently underserved, with high potential for growth. Many surgeons are content with traditional methods of post-op pain management, but our product offers a more effective and cost-efficient alternative. Account costs for narcotics can be significantly reduced, making our solution attractive to hospitals and surgery centers.
Commission Structure
The commission structure is highly competitive. Product training can be completed in the representative's home territory, and dedicated RN support is available to assist in converting new business.
Rep Profile
The ideal independent or distributor rep would be an established OR-based sales rep with strong relationships in Materials Management, OR Management, and surgeons of multiple specialties. Successful representatives see their roles as teachers and consultants in the Operating Room, selling the modality for treating post-op pain locally with a continuous infusion of local anesthetic. They will also be able to advise when the product might not be the best option.
Territories Available
Nationwide opportunities exist. Field assistance is available from the Regional Manager as needed.
Training Provided
In-territory training will be provided (1 full day), with ongoing field training as needed.
