Pain Management Specialist (Anesthesiology or PM&R)

This role involves applying advanced knowledge of pain pathophysiology, evaluating Veterans with chronic pain through detailed history, physical exams, and radiological interpretation. Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic invasive procedures such as radiofrequency techniques, spinal cord stimulator implantation, and nerve blocks.
• Manage spinal opioids and intrathecal pumps.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide educational support to clinic staff and providers.
• Assist with clinic scheduling and policy development.

Qualifications

• Completed an Anesthesiology or PM&R residency.
• Completed a Pain Management fellowship.
• Board certified by the relevant American board.
