Pain Management Physician

We are seeking an Interventional Pain Management Physician/Physiatrist to join our team in New Hyde Park and Richmond Hill, NY. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive pain management services in a friendly, professional atmosphere with flexibility and growth potential.

About the Role

You will diagnose and treat musculoskeletal, neurological, spinal disorders, and other conditions affecting movement and function. The position emphasizes interventional procedures and individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to diagnose musculoskeletal, neurological, spinal disorders, and other medical conditions impacting movement and function.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including physical therapy, acupuncture, injections, and interventional procedures.
• Perform interventional procedures such as:
  • Cervical/Lumbar Epidural injections
  • Medial branch blocks
  • Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
  • Spinal cord stimulator trials
  • Percutaneous discectomy
  • SI Joint injections/Fusion
  • Joint injections and other interventions

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
• Fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management.
• Residency training in PM&R.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay

$300,000 annual salary.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Alternating Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
