Pain Management Physician

About the role

Hospital-employed multispecialty practice utilizing a sophisticated level of EMR (Epic). The role is 90% outpatient with an approximate daily volume of 22-24 patients per day. Shared call of 1:4 covering 1 location.

Choose from living in Chicago, the suburbs, or nearby Northwest Indiana. Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pain management care.
• Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 22-24 patients.
• Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4) covering one location.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a medical license in Indiana.
• Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Pain Medicine.
• Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesia.
• Medical Doctor with or without U.S. residency and with a current U.S. work visa (if applicable).
