Madison Medical & Sports Rehabilitation Center is a physician-led, operator-driven, AI-forward multi-specialty ambulatory practice headquartered in Madison, NJ. We're a State-Licensed Ambulatory Care Facility with 1,300+ active patients, a multi-location footprint, in-house fluoroscopy, and 15+ integrated service lines under one roof. Our model is built around the patient, not the silo.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting a Pain Management & Regenerative Medicine Physician to lead and grow our interventional and regenerative service lines. You will inherit a busy, established panel and a fully built-out infrastructure — with the autonomy and support to scale this into one of the premier regenerative pain programs in the region.

What You'll Walk Into

• 1,300+ active patient panel with consistent inbound demand and high internal referral rate
• In-house fluoroscopy suite for image-guided injections, RFA, joint and spine procedures
• State-licensed ambulatory care facility built for procedural volume
• Multi-location footprint with active expansion into Monmouth County and beyond
• Fully staffed clinical support team — MAs, scribes, front desk, billing/RCM, and prior auth handled
• Integrated EMR (CureMD) with custom reporting, eSign, Surescripts, and UB-04 billing infrastructure
• Marketing engine — dedicated Growth & Marketing Lead, content production, community partnerships
• MSO/PE-readiness infrastructure — a platform built for scale, not a lifestyle practice

What You'll Do

• Perform the full spectrum of fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided interventional pain procedures
• Build and lead our regenerative medicine program — PRP, stem cell / orthobiologics, prolotherapy, peptide therapy, and regenerative protocols for spine, joint, tendon, and sports injuries
• Lead SCS and peripheral nerve stimulator trials and implants where credentialed
• Manage acute, chronic, post-surgical, cancer-related, and complex regional pain syndromes
• Drive clinical innovation — we back you with capital, marketing, and operational support
• Mentor MA training, scribe development, and onboard additional regenerative providers
• Co-manage patients across PT, chiro, acupuncture, hormone optimization, weight management, podiatry, and the Athletic Recovery Center
• Practice responsible opioid stewardship per CDC, NJPMP, and Madison Medical protocols
• Help shape the future — input on satellite expansion, MSO acquisitions, and new service lines

Who You Are

• MD from an accredited institution
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management, PM&R, Anesthesiology, Sports Medicine, or related specialty (ABMS or ABA Pain Medicine pathway)
• Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management (preferred) and/or substantial regenerative medicine experience
• Active or eligible NJ medical license, DEA, and NJ CDS
• Proficient with fluoroscopy and ultrasound-guided procedures
• Working knowledge of NJ controlled substance prescribing, NJPMP, and CDC opioid guidelines
• Comfortable with metrics — KPIs, panel growth, conversion, and outcome tracking motivate you
• Comfortable with an out-of-network and cash-pay practice model
• Familiarity with EMR platforms; CureMD a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• SCS/PNS trial and implant experience
• Kyphoplasty / vertebral augmentation experience
• Intrathecal Pump Management Experience
• Concierge, direct-pay, or cash-pay practice experience
• Interest in functional medicine, hormone optimization, or performance health
• AI-assisted clinical tool familiarity
• Active or prior medical staff privileges at NJ ASCs or hospitals

Compensation

• Option A — W-2 Employed + Production Incentive
• Option B — 1099 Independent Contractor / Revenue Share Partnership
