Paid Training - Bus Driver

About the role

As a bus driver (in training), you are responsible for safely, punctually, and customer-friendly transporting passengers on fixed routes according to schedules. You will be a familiar face for passengers, engaged and reliable, with a focus on comfort and timeliness. The role requires a social, independent, and responsible attitude, with a willingness to work flexible shifts. During a 12-week paid training program (including compensation), you will develop the necessary skills. Upon successful completion, a permanent contract is possible.

Requirements

• Valid category B driver’s license
• MBO (secondary vocational education) work and thinking level
• Residing in or near Heemstede
• Willingness to work varying shifts
• Good command of the Dutch language
• Social, responsible, stress-resistant, with a sense of humor and patience
