About the role

Mets Baseball & Softball Camps is hiring Camp Counselor / Coach Interns for a 2-week paid internship in Manhattan, NY.

Responsibilities

• Aid in baseball and softball drills, games, and camp activities
• Work with campers in small groups by age and skill level
• Create a safe, engaging, and positive camp experience
• Support camper development, teamwork, and confidence
• Learn coaching techniques from experienced staff
• Participate in team meetings and daily feedback

Qualifications

• Must be available for both Manhattan weeks
• Experience working with kids (camp, coaching, babysitting, tutoring, etc.) preferred
• Interest in sports, coaching, or youth development
• Energetic, responsible, and team-oriented

Compensation

Paid internship starting at $17.00/hour (up to $23 based on experience)
