Paid Search Manager
Skai is seeking a dynamic thought leader to join our Expert Services team, providing world-class services and strategic consultation to our clients. This role focuses on enabling client success through campaign creation, optimization, and performance reporting for Search Advertising campaigns on the Skai Search management platform.
About the role
The Expert Services Manager is responsible for all facets of assigned account program performance and client satisfaction. Partnering with an Expert Services Director, this individual will execute and deliver elite-level results to ensure high growth for clients while maintaining Skai’s high standards of excellence. Primary channels include Google Ads, Google Performance Max, Microsoft Search, and Microsoft Smart Shopping/Performance Max.
In addition to serving external clients, this role supports internal stakeholders as a Search expert, driving innovation across search publishers and reinforcing Skai’s leadership in paid search.
Responsibilities
- Uphold the team mission to drive client success and self-sufficiency in search marketing and management.
- Execute and optimize ad campaigns at an elite level to exceed client goals.
- Act as a consultant and advisor to clients on media planning, campaign strategy, and best practices.
- Communicate account performance and success both internally and externally.
- Provide paid media solutions and expert platform support to enable clients to use Skai’s tools effectively.
- Support the client services team and existing clients through QBRs and strategic consulting as needed.
- Pursue solutions for managed clients beyond available tools and templates.
- Partner with product development, technical account management, growth, and client success teams to drive platform innovation and capture market opportunities.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree.
- 3-4 years of hands-on paid search campaign implementation, optimization, and management experience.
- 3+ years of client-facing or customer service experience.
- Strong data analysis skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and AI agentic solutions.
- Experience collaborating with global teams, both locally and virtually.
- Passion for problem-solving and identifying opportunities to drive client success.
- Experience with Skai or other search marketing platforms preferred.
- Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications highly desirable.
- Ability to travel occasionally.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $85,000–$95,000, with actual compensation varying based on experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and market data. This role is also eligible for additional bonus compensation.
