Paid Pre-Construction Intern (Spring 2027)

About the role

Continental Properties is looking for a Spring 2027 Pre‑Construction Intern (Part‑Time) to join our Construction team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will work closely with our Construction project team while participating directly in the real estate development and construction management process of our rental housing communities.

Responsibilities

• Research codes, permits, and fees
• Dry utility coordination
• Assist with early budgets and estimates

Requirements

• Currently a student of Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior standing enrolled in an Engineering, Construction Management, or related program
• Interest in the construction industry

Pay

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule

Part‑time during Spring 2027 (minimum 20 hours/week); full‑time during Summer 2027 (40 hours/week)
