Paid Media Specialist
Primary Purpose
The Paid Media Specialist will support the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across search, social and other digital channels. This role is focused on driving qualified leads and efficient customer acquisition through data-driven analysis, in-platform campaign management, and ongoing testing.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Support and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) to maximize efficiency and performance. Ability to execute in platform.
- Creative Management: Collaborate with creative team to concept assets, manage delivery and identify iterations and testing opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner with agencies, 3rd party vendors and internal teams to innovate, test, and scale marketing tactics.
- Testing and Innovation: Maintain and implement an A/B testing roadmap to optimize creative, audiences, and customer experience to drive acquisition.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Industry Research: Perform ongoing competitive and industry analysis to identify latest trends and growth opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field
- In lieu of a degree, an additional 3 years of experience may be considered
- 3 years in paid media, digital marketing, or performance marketing
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; experience with additional platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, or programmatic tools is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics 4 and Excel
- Understanding of campaign measurement, attribution, UTM tagging, and conversion tracking best practices
- Experience supporting A/B testing and optimization across audiences, creative, bidding, and landing pages
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with agency partners or cross-functional teams is a plus
Hybrid Role Information
This hybrid role requires in-person work at our Newton, MA headquarters 3 days a week
Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $72,000-$80,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
