Over the course of the internship, you will be exposed to the full lifecycle of independent wealth management, including:

Attending and contributing to client meetings, including planning, review, and Discovery engagements
Supporting the development of financial planning deliverables for high-net-worth households
Learning the mechanics of custodial platforms, trading operations, and account servicing
Assisting with the firm's AI and technology initiatives, which may include workflow design, research automation, prompt development, and evaluation of emerging tools
Participating in operational improvement projects across CRM, planning, and client service functions
Gaining exposure to business development and client relationship management
Optionally developing a capstone project rooted in your internship work, suitable for submission to your academic program

Juniors, seniors, and graduate students from financial planning, finance, economics, accounting, data analytics, computer science, management information systems, or adjacent programs
Demonstrate a record of academic excellence and intellectual curiosity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through
Sound judgment, discretion, and professional maturity appropriate to a fiduciary environment
Comfort with technology and a genuine interest in how AI is reshaping professional services
Integrity without compromise
Technical fluency in Excel, familiarity with large language models, data visualization, or financial planning software is considered a plus but is not required

Location: In-person, The Woodlands, TX
Hours: 20 to 40 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility around academic commitments
Compensation: $18 to $22 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
Start and End Dates: Flexible, aligned to the candidate's academic calendar
