About TGA
At TGA, we combine sports, learning, and FUN! We introduce kids (grades K-8) to golf, tennis, and pickleball through after-school programs that run for 5-6 weeks. Our goal is to create lifelong sports enthusiasts and provide unforgettable experiences for every child we coach.
What You'll Do as a TGA Intern
- Lead After-School Sports Programs: Work with kids in grades K-8, creating fun and engaging sports activities.
- Foster a Positive Learning Environment: Teach through creative drills and games that focus on skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
- Encourage Development: Help kids build confidence and improve in sports while having a blast.
- Ensure Safety and Fun: Ensure a safe, inclusive environment for all participants.
Ideal Candidates Are
- Physical Education Majors or Similar: You're pursuing a degree in PE, Sports Science, Child Development, or Education.
- Passionate About Sports: Whether it’s golf, tennis, or pickleball, you love playing and teaching sports.
- Energized by Working with Kids: You’re patient, fun, and can connect with kids of all ages.
- Reliable and Committed: You're responsible and can commit to the same sessions each week.
