Get in on the scoop: https://www.sf.k12.sd.us/page/nutrition-services Requirements EDUCATION LEVEL: Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field, working toward eligibility for Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credentialing. Essential Functions & Duties Manage and maintain special diets within the school district - work with families, Health Services and Coordinator Child NutritionUpdate menus as necessary, providing necessary substitutions with product changes, communicating to staff involved with preparation and meal service.Update production recordsMaintain nutritional data base to include allergens in productsDaily communication with schools regarding portion sizes for meals being servedAssist with site reviewsAssist with planning cateringsOther duties as assigned PAY INFORMATION Level DX, starting at $20.00 per hour Pay Day: Last working day of each month.
