About the role
MyHealthTeam, a Swoop company, is seeking a Paid Acquisition Specialist to join our Paid Acquisition team. This is a full-time, exempt, temporary position expected to last up to six (6) months, with the opportunity to convert to a regular full-time position based on business needs and individual performance. The Paid Acquisition Specialist will support audience growth across MyHealthTeam communities by executing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns across paid social, paid search, and programmatic advertising channels. This role works closely with cross-functional marketing teams to improve campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and drive measurable business results.
Responsibilities
- Manage execution of paid acquisition campaigns across multiple digital channels, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
- Refresh creative assets, optimize audience targeting, and implement campaign improvements.
- Monitor campaign budgets, bids, and performance to maximize efficiency and achieve KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and ongoing performance optimization.
- Develop and execute creative testing strategies for ads and landing pages.
- Recommend new audience-targeting strategies, creative concepts, and channel opportunities.
- Develop innovative acquisition strategies that drive subscriber and member growth.
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Partner with internal marketing, creative, and analytics teams to execute successful campaigns.
- Assist with budget management and performance reporting across multiple acquisition channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance data and optimizing toward KPIs.
- Experience managing budgets and multiple concurrent marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in health or wellness advertising environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with Meta and Google’s health-related advertising policies is preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $72,800 - $83,200 USD per year.
Schedule
