About the role
We help landlords and developers lease properties using our network of 400+ supported living and social housing providers, or sell blocks of flats to specialist buyers.
Responsibilities
- Access our network of 400+ Providers
- Lease direct with the Housing Provider
- One long-term corporate tenant for 3 - 5 years
- Provider agrees to pay rent, even if the home is empty
- Tenant management & maintenance included

No specific qualifications are required. Familiarity with supported living and social housing providers is beneficial.
