- Indication: LYTGOBI is indicated for the treatment of adults with previously treated, unresectable locally advanced or metastatic intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) harboring fibroblast growth factor receptor 2 (FGFR2) gene fusions or other rearrangements as detected by an FDA-approved test.
Efficacy
- Overall Response Rate (ORR): 42% (95% CI: 32%, 52%) (N=103) as assessed by independent review. Responses were partial in the single-arm, phase 2 FOENIX-CCA2 study (TAS-120-101).
- Median Duration of Response (mDoR): 19.7 months (95% CI: 7.6, 17.1).
