Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer satisfaction in our automotive retail and service locations.
• Manage teams and projects to achieve business goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer loyalty and retention.
• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance to keep vehicles running smoothly.
• Support administrative tasks and provide support to management.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company through teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (some positions).

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive retail or service is preferred but not required.
• Passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
