Union Padel is bringing the energy of padel to Chicago—and we’re looking for coaches who want to be part of it! We’re building more than courts; we’re building a community around one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. We’re looking for an energetic, passionate, and personable Padel Professional who loves coaching, connecting with people, and creating an environment where players want to come back and play more.
About you
Whether you’re an experienced padel professional or a strong tennis professional ready to make the jump into padel, this is an opportunity to grow with the sport, develop players of all levels, lead lessons and clinics, support leagues and events, and help shape the Union Padel experience from the ground up. We want coaches who bring great energy to the court, take pride in their craft, build genuine relationships with members, and aren’t afraid to think outside the box.
