We are committed to creating safe communities for our customers and colleagues by protecting children, young people, and adults at risk from harm, abuse, and neglect. We follow robust safeguarding policies and procedures, ensuring all employees, volunteers, and contractors uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and accountability.

We are a Disability Confident Employer (Level 2 certified). Disabled applicants who meet the essential criteria for a vacancy will be guaranteed an interview. The Equality Act 2010 defines a disabled person as someone who has a physical or mental impairment that has a substantial and long-term negative effect on their ability to do daily activities.

Neurodiverse individuals who meet the criteria for a vacancy will also be guaranteed an interview, as we recognize that traditional interview processes may not always allow them to self-advocate effectively.
