Responsibilities
- Provide post-anesthesia care to patients recovering from surgery
- Monitor patient vital signs and recovery progress
- Manage pain and sedation levels
- Respond promptly to changes in patient status
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and healthcare teams to ensure safe, high-quality care
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience as a PACU RN or in post-anesthesia care
- Strong monitoring, assessment, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work PRN shifts
- Knowledge of postoperative protocols and patient safety standards
