Packing Lead: Ogden Plant - Day Shift

About the Role

The Production Lead is responsible for overseeing packing line employees, ensuring efficient production flow, proper packaging, and compliance with safety and quality standards while supporting overall team performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing levels, assign workstations, and train new employees
• Monitor employee performance, provide coaching, and recognize strong performance
• Ensure team members follow GMPs, safety procedures, and company policies
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary production environment
• Maintain compliance with food safety, food defense, food quality standards, and perform other assigned duties

Schedule

This is a full-time permanent role on 1st shift, which operates from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.

Pay

Starting at $29.84/Hr.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment is preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
