Packing Associate

Schedule

AM shifts: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm. Shift times may vary based on the position.

Pay

Compensation: $23.75 /hour. The base salary or hourly wage range may vary based on prior experience, relevant expertise, business needs, and market factors. The range does not include potential bonuses or benefits.

About the Role

Packing Associates are responsible for moving, sorting, vacuum‑sealing, and packaging goods in our food‑processing kitchen and warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Move and sort food products and packaging materials.
• Vacuum‑seal items according to standard procedures.
• Package goods for shipment and storage.
• Follow all safety procedures and use restaurant safety words during shifts.
• Assist teammates and ask for help when needed.

Requirements

• Friendly, energetic, and highly motivated personality.
• Experience preferred but not required.
• Open availability.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to provide documentation to work in the United States legally.

Physical Demands

• Work in wet or humid conditions, near moving parts, and in extreme non‑weather heat or cold.
• Regularly sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, use hands and fingers, reach with arms, talk and hear.
• Vision requirements: close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Lift up to 50 lb multiple times per day and push a cart weighing up to 100 lb.
• Constant exposure to hot and cold temperature conditions.
• Use personal protective equipment (cutting gloves, back support belt, goggles, long gloves, etc.) as needed.
