Pay & Shift Information

1st shift packing and assembly start at $17/hour. Second and third shifts have a $2 shift premium. Eligible for increases at 6 months and 12 months based on performance—up to $1.75 increase in first year.

1st Shift Hours

6 AM – 2:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Run and monitor production to produce quality product in a safe and efficient manner.
• Perform computer interactions and maintain records and documentation.
• Maintain area according to 5S policy.

What We’re Looking For

• No experience necessary, training provided.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to listen to others and communicate ideas constructively.
• Able to cooperate with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivated and positive attitude.
• Open to feedback.
• Flexible and willing to learn new tasks.
• Forklift or prior operator experience is a plus. Can accommodate Spanish.
