Packing and Shipping Clerk
About the role
The Packing & Shipping Clerk 1 performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, and customer support duties and computational tasks. The role is located at 9843 Windisch Rd., West Chester Township, OH 45069 and operates on a 10-hour shift from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, four days a week.
Responsibilities
- Receives goods, verifies items against the record of shipment, and inspects condition.
- Gathers, verifies, and packs items for shipment according to specifications and the transportation method used.
- Records received and shipped items according to established procedures.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible, friendly, engaging, and proactive work ethic.
- Self-directed, versatile, and able to work well in a group.
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Packing and shipping experience in a mail order or similar facility.
- Previous pharmacy experience.
Pay
The compensation range for this position is $39,000 - $49,400 per year.
