Packer- Second shift 3pm - 11pm

About the role

Momentum Manufacturing Group Engineered Extrusions is seeking individuals to support the packing function of our production facility. The role involves moving and preparing quality extruded aluminum for shipment according to customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Move and pack aluminum extrusions per customer specifications
• Visually inspect metal for defects
• Enter packed piece counts into Epics system
• Move extrusion using overhead cranes and/or forklift
• Stencil aluminum extrusions either manually or with machine per customer specifications
• Perform other assignments as instructed by department supervisor/manager

Requirements

• H.S. diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be able to read, write and have basic math skills
• Some computer experience preferred
• Good attendance, reliable work history
• Desire to maintain a clean, organized work area with good housekeeping practices
• Communicate effectively displaying a positive attitude
• Must be a team player
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
