Key Responsibilities

• Build and prepare packaging materials, including boxes, crates, and pallets
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards before shipping
• Pack products securely for safe transportation
• Label, seal, and organize packages for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized packaging area
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Work with warehouse and shipping teams to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Experience in packaging, crating, or shipping preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to use hand tools and packaging equipment
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently or in a team
