Packer (Night Shift)

About the role

Revolution is now hiring for its Packer position in Vernon, CA, for its night shift. This is an entry-level position, and the company will provide training. Position may require the ability to receive forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Pack boxes and operate various machinery.
• Work responsibly in a safe manner, following all safe operating procedures and posted requirements.
• Follow work guidelines and adhere to all company policies.
• Sustain productivity and quality standards.
• Handle products according to customer specifications and the company's production standards.
• Complete assigned tasks as instructed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent GED.
• One year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to follow all Health and Safety regulations.
• Must be able to stand for 8-12 hours during a shift.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English required.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Pay

California Pay Transparency: Base Range $16.90/hour + Overtime + Shift Differential + Benefits + PTO
