Packer/ Machine Operator - Nights

About the role

We're looking for skilled Machine Operators and Packers to join our team and keep our production lines running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production machinery
• Perform routine mechanical adjustments and minor repairs
• Monitor product quality and make real-time process adjustments
• Keep accurate records of production and downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• 1–2 years manufacturing experience
• Mechanically inclined and thrive in a hands-on role

Pay

Competitive wages + shift premiums + overtime opportunities ($19.76 – $22.77)

Schedule

12-hour night shifts (7p–7a), 2.2.3 rotating schedule
