What You'll Do
- Perform packaging duties including packing, stacking, and palletizing finished goods
- Supply packaging materials to the production line in coordination with operators and material handlers
- Aid in training and guiding temporary employees on packing procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all sanitation requirements
- Support waste removal efforts across the production line
- Follow all safety and quality procedures to ensure compliance
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain strong attendance and reliability
Requirements
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand safety rules, procedures, and work instructions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with team members and supervisors
- Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks in a fast-paced production setting
