Packer - Afternoon Shift 3p-11:30p

About the role

Second Nature Brands is on a mission to grow from $500M to $1B over the next 4 years through an aggressive combination of M&A and organic growth. We have an opening for a Candy Packer position, who will be an important member of the supply chain team during this growth.

Responsibilities

• Pack our famous products in various packaging
• Ensure code date is properly placed and legible
• Check for any compromises to packaging
• Maintain clean and safe work area
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma/GED
• Ability to work well with peers and supervisors
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to keep production running efficiently
• Previous manufacturing experience (required)

Physical Requirements

• Standing for 8-10 hours
• Walking up and down stairs
• Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently
• Working in slightly elevated temperatures
• Wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by company

Pay

The starting rate is $15.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift premium.

Schedule

Regular working hours are Monday through Friday, 3:00pm to 11:30pm, with weekday or weekend overtime as needed.
