Packer-3rd Shift
Key Duties
- Performing production processes in accordance with established work instructions, while meeting required quality standards and efficiencies
- Loading/unloading material from machine tables
- Performing first piece inspections and logging scrap
- Inspecting parts for quality issues such as fill, fusion, post expansion, etc.
- Identifying proper packaging containers and ensuring packaged containers are properly labeled
- Completing required inspection forms/quality checks and other associated paperwork
- Maintaining accurate counts per container
- Packing products on flats and in boxes
- Performing and documenting quality checks
- Maintaining and improving 5S activities, keeping work areas clean, orderly, and safe for all team members
- Communicating with leadership at the beginning and end of each shift
- Working in a safe manner
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Basic math skills including counting, adding, and subtracting
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to use hands and fingers to assemble parts
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 35 pounds
- Ability to pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to squat, kneel, bend and stoop
- Ability to safely work in hot/cold environments (work area is not climate controlled)
- Ability to follow all safety procedures and comply with PPE requirements

3rd Shift – 12:00am-8:00am
