Packaging Technician - Cannabis Manufacturing

Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare, label, fill, weigh, seal, and box products
• Count, package, seal, label, organize, and audit products
• Packaged finished product in compliance with state regulations and company policies
• Update inventory logs daily and ensure inventory counts are accurate
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and company policies and SOPs
• Case pack products according to packaging procedures
• Audit finished product quality
• Meet determined quotas and timelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

Experience and Education

• 1+ years' experience in packaging or inventory-related role
• High school diploma/GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

Additional Requirements

• Must pass all required background checks
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
• Must possess valid driver's license
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
• Must be approved by state badging agency to work in cannabis industry
