Packaging Technician

Responsibilities

• Package metal products according to customer specifications
• Safely move material throughout the production area using a forklift or overhead crane
• Work as part of a team to produce high-quality products while maintaining a safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Availability to work: Monday‑Friday, 5:00 pm‑5:00 am
• Ability to pass a hair‑analysis drug test and background check
• Candidates who CARE: Capable, Accountable, Responsible and Ethical

Skills

• Forklift or crane experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Pay

• Starting pay $24.75/hour with scheduled increases
• Shift premium $1.50/hour
• Progressive pay increases
• Monthly incentive bonus opportunities
• Earnings paid weekly

Schedule

Open Shift: Monday‑Friday, 5:00 pm‑5:00 am ($1.50/hour shift premium)
