Packaging Team Member, 2nd Shift

Pay

$19.50 per hour starting pay.

Schedule

4-day workweek: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday; 10-hour shifts: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM; Every Wednesday and weekend off. Overtime may be available or required based on production needs, including occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

As a Packaging Team Member, you'll help turn our award-winning cheese into products ready for customers across the country. Your day will include:

• Setting up, operating and cleaning packaging equipment
• Cutting bulk cheese blocks weighing up to 50 pounds
• Checking product weight, packaging and seal quality
• Verifying labels and packaging match customer orders
• Keeping production running efficiently and meeting quality standards
• Completing required production and quality documentation
• Following food safety, sanitation and GMP requirements
• Keeping your work area clean, organized and safe
• Working with teammates and other departments to meet production goals
• Work with a team that takes pride in making high‑quality Wisconsin cheese

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable attendance and dependability
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
